Ashton Kutcher, Danny Masterson
(Los Angeles, CA) – Actor Danny Masterson, of that ’70s Show fame, has been sentenced to 30 years in prison after being convicted of forcibly raping two women at his home in the early 2000s. A third rape case ended in a mistrial and prosecutors declined to retry Masterson. His sentence was handed down by an L.A. judge immediately following victim impact statements.
Masterson has maintained his innocence. He allegedly drugged both women’s drinks so that he could sexually assault them. The actor was sentenced to two 15-year prison terms, to be served consecutively.
