Chanel diner, Brooklyn
(Brooklyn, NY) – The hot new diner that’s set to open in Brooklyn doesn’t serve food. Before you nod and figure that’s just because the borough is so “avant-garde” — there are actually drinks and refreshments available at the soon-to-open Lucky Chance Diner — but the main course is perfume. Chanel is opening the “diner” at the former site of the Wythe Diner. From September 8-10, the location will be transformed into a Chanel boutique where you can check out different types of perfume.
The diner’s booths will be set up and “diners” will be introduced to fragrance specialists. The idea is to let customers try out the different perfumes and find which one they like best. Then, Chanel’s new fragrance and beauty boutique is located just a five minute walk away — at 130 North 6th Street.
