(New York, NY) — Hollywood is coming to the West Side of Manhattan. Investors plan to build a 350-million-dollar production-studio complex on Pier 94 in Hell’s Kitchen. The 266-thousand-square-foot facility is being dubbed “Sunset Pier 94 Studios,” with groundbreaking to start later this year. The complex will not be affiliated with any entertainment company, as investors are betting that streaming services will need space to create new content.
