Hurricane Hilary Now Cat 3 Moving Toward California Coast

(Miami, FL) — Hurricane Hilary is moving steadily towards the Southern California coastline as a dangerous Category 3 storm,with winds as high as 115 miles per hour.

The storm is likely to cause major flooding over the region beginning Sunday night through Monday. Tropical Storm warnings –the first ever– have been posted from San Diego to Los Angeles.  Hurricane warnings have been issued in parts of Mexico.
