(New York, NY) — Eight were hurt last night when an MTA bus hit a construction lift in Midtown near 48th and Madison. Riders were hit by flying glass A construction worker says he thinks the bus driver was at fault, failing to pay attention to workers who were directing him away from the site. The injuries on the bus were all minor. So far, police have not filed any charges against the driver.
