(Rosendale, NY) — An Ulster County man is under arrest for placing video cameras in another person’s home.
The Rosendale Police Department announced yesterday that Matthew Feder is charged with unlawful surveillance and tampering with physical evidence, both felonies, after he put the cameras in a fellow resident’s living room and bathroom.
The 67-year-old has been arraigned in the Town of Rosendale Court and will reappear at a later date.
