(New Brunswick, NJ) — Hundreds of unionized nurses who work at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital have walked off the job.  They say the biggest issue is the staffing issues, that have forced them to work too many hours in a week. The 1700 nurses say they are also worried about rising insurance costs. Robert Wood Johnson Hospital leaders say they will be up and running amid the strike, and that patients will get the care they need. The hospital had been training replacement nurses in anticipation of the strike.
