(New York, NY) — On The Upper West Side, neighbors are complaining about the migrants that have been moved into a building on West 70th Street. They say some of the migrants being housed at The Stratford Arms are are noisy, doing drugs in the streets and are driving e-bikes on sidewalks. City Hall is desperately searching for spaces to house the migrants, that continue to be bussed in from the U.S.-Mexico border almost everyday.
