(New York, NY) — If you like to dine outdoors since the pandemic, you might just be out of luck — The City Council will vote today whether to make those outdoor dining sheds permanent.
There is a great divide when it comes to this outdoor cuisine. One outdoor dining enthusiast said “Having drinks outdoors in the summer is a great thing,” while others say “it’s atrocious, you can’t park anywhere,” and that “they bring rodents and rats.”
City Council members will decide if restaurants will be able to keep the shed up year round.
