Long Island Serial Killings
(Riverhead, NY) — The alleged Gilgo Beach serial killer, Rex Heuermann made his first court appearance in Riverhead on Tuesday. Prosecutors say they have a mountain of evidence that will prove the 59-year-old was one the one who killed three women, and left their bodies on a Long Island beach more than a decade ago. Meanwhile the lawyer for Heuermann’s ex-wife, Asa says her life has been destroyed by Rex. Police took apart her house, and took all of the family’s electronic devices including phones as part of their investigation. Asa is is asking for help paying for for furniture and more, as her husband was the sole bread winner for the family.
