UNDATED -The CDC is warning of a Salmonella outbreak. Officials say at least 16 people have contracted Salmonella in Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York, and New Jersey after eating ground beef. Health officials say cases were confirmed between late April and mid June. The CDC said the number of Salmonella cases is most likely much higher, since many people recover from the bacterial infection without the assistance of a personal physician, or health professionals.
