(New York, NY) — While you were sleeping Thursday night, MTA construction crews were putting up the congestion pricing toll devices that will charge drivers to go below 60th Street in Manhattan next Spring. The MTA says they are working on who will be exempt from the toll, but they say it wont be New Jersey drivers who already pay 17 bucks a day just to cross the Hudson.
