Next door neighbor speaks about Gilgo Beach killer

(Massapequa Park, NY) — The alleged Gilgo Beach killer’s next door neighbor says he spoke to Rex Huermann almost everyday. Etienne Devilliers says the 59-year-old was a little strange, but seemed harmless. Devilliers says he did once, years ago have a very uncomfortable conversation with the alleged killer, because he kept peering over their shared fence staring at his wife as she sunbathed.

On Wednesday, Heuermann’s wife filed for divorce. Heuermann sits behind bars, as investigators continue to search his Massapequa Park home for evidence. He is is charged with first-degree murder in the deaths three women, who’s bodies were found along a remote stretch of beach highway.
