(New York, NY) – A fifteen-year-old boy was shot in the back in Brooklyn on Monday and died, after he received emergency treatment at the hospital but couldn’t be saved. Foridun Maulonou passed away this morning at Maimonides Medical Center. Upon being admitted to the hospital, authorities had described his condition as very grave.
The shooting unfolded around 1:00 PM on Monday at 2007 62nd Street. Cops describe the suspected shooter as a male wearing a gray sweater, dark sweatpants, and gray sneakers. According to witnesses, a group of teens were gathered near where shots rang out. The wounded Maulonou was found about half a block away, having fallen in the street.
