(Massapequa Park, NY) — Suffolk County police say the alleged Gilgo Beach murderer, Rex Heuermann had more than 200 guns” in his Massapequa Park home. He reportedly only had permits for less than half of them. Suffolk Police Commissioner Rodney Harrison is speaking out about Heuermann’s wife and kids, and what they might have known. He says they were shocked to find out what their father had been accused of, and why he was being locked up. Heuermann is behind bars, charged with first-degree murder in the deaths of three women.
