(Newark, NJ) — It’s a sad day for firefighters in Newark. This morning one of their own, who was killed in last week’s cargo ship blaze will be laid to rest. 45-year-old Augusto Acabou’s funeral is at 10 a.m. at the Cathedral Basilica of the Sacred Heart. Meantime, Wayne Brooks Junior’s the other firefighter killed will be saluted during his funeral tomorrow.
