(New York, NY) — A Lyft driver was stabbed by a crazed passenger, who tried to steal his car on the FDR Drive in lower Manhattan Tuesday afternoon. The rider then tried to carjack another car before running to the edge of the elevated roadway and jumping off it. He broke both legs when he hit the street below. Police arrested him a short time later. The driver he stabbed is expected to make a full recovery.
