(New York, NY) — NYPD cops are trying to figure out how a four-year-old in East Flatbush, fell out of a fourth floor apartment window to his death Monday afternoon. The toddler was rushed to Kings County Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Police are calling the fall a tragic accident. The child’s parents have not been charged. This is the third time in a week that a child has fallen out an apartment window in the city.
