(Medford, NY) – Multiple people are recovering from a near death collision involving two dirt bikes and a Mustang in Suffolk County, just after midnight. Authorities say the woman driving the Mustang attempted to pull into a parking lot on Route 112 when she was hit by the bikes.
23-year-old Tomeik Young, one of the dirt bike drivers, was left in critical condition while two of the other riders are currently being treated for non-life threatening injuries. Two bikes, along with the 2014 Mustang, were impounded by the police for safety inspections.
Authorities are accepting calls from anyone with information about the devastating crash at 631-854-8552.
