(New York, NY) — A 3-year-old girl is lucky to be alive after falling from a sixth floor window in Harlem Tuesday afternoon. A neighbor found the girl lying on the pavement near the building on West 137th Street. Police say the girl fell out of an opening around an air conditioning unit. She is being treated for serious injuries, but is in stable condition.
