(New York, NY) — Jordan Williams, the straphanger charged with stabbing a man to death on a Brooklyn J train earlier this month, was found to have acted in self-defense. The manslaughter case against him has now been dropped. A Brooklyn grand jury declined to indict the 20-year-old Williams.  He says he stabbed a fellow rider who was threatening him and his girlfriend back on June 13th. Williams raised more than 100-thousand-dollars online for his legal defense. He says he may now use some of that money to go to college.
