(New York, NY) — Smoke from Canadian wildfires is set to arrive in New York City tomorrow. Air quality is expected to reach unhealthy levels in some places.  Governor Kathy Hochul says the smoke will first reach western and Central New York, before pouring into City on Thursday. Hochul says N-95 masks will be made available throughout the state.
