(Cranford, NJ) — A Cranford, New Jersey man was hit by lightning while inside his garage on Sunday. EMTs called to the scene found a man who had been indirectly hit by a bolt, while
he was using a power tool. They say the current from the lightning strike ended up going through the tool, which gave the victim a big shock. He was taken to a local hospital and released.
