NEW YORK, NY An 18 year old man riding his bike was killed after being struck by a truck in Manhattan around 1pm Friday afternoon.
A witness said someone heartlessly stole the bike when first responders arrived on the scene.
Investigators say the victim was hit making a turn on 17th Street and First Avenue. Police say as of now –no charges are being filed against the truck driver.
