Workers Mental Health On The Decline

UNDATED -More than one-third of U.S. workers report their mental health has taken a turn for the worse.

The latest workforce survey from “The Conference Board” polled more than 1,100 people -mostly office workers. Respondents weighing in on their mental health, engagement levels and job security.  The Pandemic having a major affect on respondents to the survey. Special accommodations for workers in place during the emergency no longer exist. Many feel the rug has been pulled out from under them. Rebecca Ray is executive Vice President of the Human Capital Conference Board. She spoke with 77 WABC News.

She also said the rising crime rate and inflation has had an affect on respondents.
