NEW YORK, NY- A three-month-old baby girl was found dead in the brush alongside the Major Deegan. Police say the body was found about 8:30 Sunday night near 161st Street in the Highbridge section. Investigators say the baby lived in a nearby homeless shelter with her family who reported her missing. Police questioning a man and a woman believed to be the girl’s parents.
