(New York, NY) — Two NYPD cops are in the hospital this morning after they were dragged by the driver of an SUV they pulled over in East Harlem last night. There were a lot of people out who saw the incident on Third Avenue near 116th Street around 9:30 p.m. The SUV was found abandoned a few blocks away. The officers who were dragged are expected to survive. Police have not said why the driver was pulled over. They have made no arrests.
