(New York, NY) — The NYPD says a man was found dead with a bullet to the head in the stairwell of a Brooklyn public housing complex late Monday night . The 37-year-victim had been seen going into the Nostrands Houses in Sheepshead Bay around 11 p.m. Cops have no motive for the gunfire and they have made no arrests.
