(New York, NY) – Nine people reportedly suffered non-life-threatening injuries when part of a tree fell on top of a school bus this afternoon. It happened around 2:30 PM this afternoon on Staten Island, near Bloomingdale Road and Ramona Avenue.
Footage from news helicopters showed the bus in a wooded area, just off the roadway. It reads “Island Charter” on the side.
