NEW YORK -(77WABC)- New York Attorney General Letitia James wants a state judge to intervene in a civil fraud case against former President Trump. James is evidently fed up with Trump stalling the case—and now she’s concerned he will use his 2024 Presidential run for the White House as an excuse to continue to delay the case. Trump wants to postpone the case for another six months…but James says there is no need to delay it.
