NEW YORK -77 (WABC)- According to the New York Times –former Vice President Mike Pence is reportedly open to considering a request to testify in the Department of Justice criminal investigation, into former President Trump’s efforts to overturn the results of the 2020 election. The Times article goes on to say Pence was present for some of the critical moments in which Trump and his allies schemed to keep him in office, and block the congressional certification of President Biden’s victory.
