Queens, NY (77WABC)- Police say the death of 3-year-old Shaquan Butler of 79-00 Queens Boulevard has been deemed a homicide by the NYC Medical Examiners Office.
Police were called to 79-00 Queens Boulevard on Sunday, November 13th , 2022 at approximately 7:40 pm on a report of an aided child. Police from the 110th Precinct found the toddler unconscious and unresponsive with bruises observed throughout his body. Butler was taken by EMS to NYC Health & Hospital/Elmhurst where the boy was pronounced dead.
There are no arrests and the investigation remains ongoing.
