One of Two Bronx Shooting Victims Who Died Identified

NEW YORK (77WABC) — One of two men shot Sunday night at the intersection of East 149th Street and Jackson Avenue in the Bronx has been identified.

The NYPD says the shooting victim who died Monday after being rushed to NYC Health and Hospitals Lincoln is 21-year-old Jayden Goodridge of 4463 Murdock Avenue in the Bronx.

Police from the 40th Precinct responded to a 911 on a report of a person shot at 6:18 pm Sunday night. They found two men, both 21-years-old shot.

The second shooting victim sustained a graze wound to his lower lip and refused medical attention at the scene.

There are no arrests and the investigation remains ongoing. Further details about the shooting have not yet been released.
