(77WABC) — CBS sportscaster Jim Nantz will call his final NCAA Men’s Basketball ball Tournament in March.
Ian Eagle will take over as the lead play-by-player. Next year’s final four is in Houston–where Nantz kicked off his broadcasting career.
Nantz reportedly wants to spend more time with his family. The 63-year-old Nantz will continue with Tony Romo as the lead NFL broadcasting team for CBS, and will continue to host the Masters Golf Tournament as well as other tournaments.
