ALLENTOWN, PA (77WABC) — More than two dozen children and daycare employees are hospitalized after a carbon monoxide leak in Pennsylvania.
The incident happened at the Happy Smiles Learning Center in Allentown this morning. Fire officials responded to a call of an unconscious child and found their monitors alerted them to carbon monoxide exposure.
A total of 26 individuals were taken to four different local hospitals. All of them appear to be in stable condition.
