(77WABC) — New Mexico prosecutors have indicated they may charge actor Alec Baldwin over the deadly shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on a movie set last year.
Santa Fe District Attorney Attorney Mary Carmack-Altwies reportedly said she was ready to file charges against four people. She said she was looking at all the homicide statutes and any gun statutes under New Mexico criminal code.
The incident occurred on the set where the movie “Rust” was being filmed. Baldwin had turned over his cell phone to authorities.
