TRENTON (77WABC) – New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy says commuters crossing into New York City each day should get a big break when congestion pricing finally kicks in.
Murphy says the plan, which will charge drivers a fee to go below 60th Street, would be a double tax on New Jersey drivers who pay a toll to get into Manhattan.
So far, the MTA says no one will get a break on the toll that could be as high as twenty-three-dollars.
