NY: Domino Park in Brooklyn In New York
NEW YORK (77WABC) — Temperatures are rising and weather officials predict the mercury will continue to climb.
The National Weather Service’s heat index may hit 101 degrees today and 104 tomorrow. The mercury climbed to 89 on Tuesday at Central Park and 94 at JFK — marking the start of what is to be a historic forecast in New York City.
Forecasters say high temperatures in the NYC metro region will remain around 90 or above through at least Monday.
