New York, NY (77WABC)-Police say a 15-year-old who allegedly targeted and stabbed a 14-year-old to death, knew the victim. Police have not yet said what the motive for the fatal stabbing was.
Police say shortly after 3:00 pm on Sat. July 9th, 14-year-old Ethan Reyes of 107 Young Avenue in Yonkers was fatally stabbed in his stomach inside of the 137 Street – City College train station in Hamilton Heights. EMS responded and transported the teenager to Mount Sinai St. Luke’s, where he was pronounced dead.
Officers from the 30th Precinct on Sunday July 10th arrested a 15-year-old male in connection with the deadly attack charging him with Murder and
Criminal Possession of a Weapon.
