(77 WABC) – Isaac Argro, 22-years-old, has been arrested for the murder of 20-year-old Azsia Johnson and is charged with second-degree murder and second-degree weapons possession.
Johnson was pushing her 3-month-old in a baby stroller on June 29th on Lexington Avenue and East 95th Street where Argro allegedly shot the victim in the head. Johnson was pronounced dead at the hospital.
The baby remained unharmed but was given medical evaluation.
This was not Johnson’s first instance with domestic violence from Argro. Officers responded to a call where Johnson alleged that Argro pushed her in January.
