Update: Woman who was killed by subway train was NYU student

NEW YORK, NEW YORK -(77WABC)- The 22-year-old woman fatally struck by a subway in Manhattan Tuesday has been identified as a New York University student who was interning at an investment bank

The Post reporting Helen Chen, of Burbank, California., fell onto the tracks at Grand Central Station, as a southbound 7 train was approaching around 10:40 p.m. Tuesday night.

Chen interned at investment bank Lazard.  Police said Chen fell onto the tracks after fainting.

The train was unable to stop in time.  First responders tried to resuscitate her but she died at the scene.
