NEW YORK, NEW YORK -(77WABC)- The New York City Rent Guidelines Board voted Tuesday night to increase rent for one-year and two-year leases.
The board voted 5-4 to raise rent for rent-stabilized apartments to 3.25% for one-year leases and 5% for two-year leases.

Adams calling the vote disappointing–however pledging to “continue fighting in Albany for additional support for tenants who are at risk of missing rent payments and landlords who are struggling to maintain and upgrade their buildings.”
