(77WABC)- A 33-year-old off duty NYPD officer was arrested on Sunday, May 22nd and charged within the confines of the 111th Precinct in Bayside, Queens.
The NYPD’s department of public information says officer Eric Ramos was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, assault, reckless endangerment and criminal mischief.
Details surrounding the arrest have not yet been made public.
