NEW YORK, NEW YORK (77WABC) — Police say a teenager remains in critical condition after he was stabbed near a Duane Reade on the lower eastside
It happened about 3 p.m. Thursday. Police say the 16-year-old boy got into an argument with a a worker at a smoke shop who ran the teen down, and stabbed him on Orchard street.
Police arresting 27-year-old Fernando Reyes. The suspect is charged with one count of assault and one count of criminal possession of a weapon.
