New York, New York -(77WABC)- the man accused of smearing feces on a woman in a Bronx subway station and released from custody is back in jail, after allegedly throwing a dumbbell through the window of a storage facility.
Police say 37 year old Frank Abrokwa was arrested after he allegedly smashed the window at the Treasure Island Storage Facility in Harlem on Friday night.
Abrokwa returned to the storage facility on Saturday afternoon demanding a refund. His bail is set at $5 thousand dollars.
Last month, Abrokwa was arrested for allegedly smearing feces on a woman’s head on the subway in the Bronx. He was released without bail and bragged about it in a video he posted to Facebook.
