NEW YORK (77WABC) — The NYPD is asking for the public’s help identifying a man in connection to a robbery that happened near the 52 Precinct.
It was reported to police that on January 24 around 4:20 p.m., a 26 year-old woman was aboard a northbound 4 train when the man pointed an unknown sharp object towards her stomach, demanding her property. The man stole the woman’s wallet, which contained various credit cards and identification.
The mugger fled the train at the East 183 Street and Jerome Avenue train station.
