NEW YORK (77WABC) — Disgraced ex-Gov. Andrew Cuomo was hostile towards his staff, telling one aide he would “throw him out the window”, according to one of Cuomo’s accusers.

In a deposition transcript released by the New York Attorney General’s office, Brittany Commisso — the former aide that accused Cuomo of groping her — described Cuomo’s temper to outside lawyers probing the sexual misconduct claims against him.

“He would go from zero to 60 in .2 seconds depending on the situation,” Commisso said during the deposition.

Commisso added that she overheard the disgraced Cuomo berate senior adviser Rich Azzopardi through an open office door.

“I personally witnessed him speak down to Richard Azzopardi,” Commisso said. “And I believe his words were, you’re lucky that I don’t throw you out the window.”

The incident is another example of Cuomo’s “toxic” workplace and his well-known outbursts. Several other former Cuomo staffers and lawmakers have come forward to detail his aggressive and bullying tactics.

Transcripts of other interviews were included in the documents made public by state Attorney General Letitia James, who hired outside lawyers to probe the allegations against Cuomo. The months-long investigation culminated in the August report accusing the governor of sexually harassing at least 11 women. Cuomo, who continues to deny the allegations, resigned a week later.
