A Man Attacked and Robbed Inside the East 167th Street Subway Station

Bronx, NY (77WABC)-A man sitting on a bench waiting for the #4 train inside of the East 167th Street station when he was punched several times in his head by a man unknown to him. After hitting the man in his head several times, the suspect stole the victim’s cellphone and fled the station.

The man police are looking for in Monday night’s assault and robbery is 5’9″ tall, 150 pounds, with a slim build. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, a green backpack, black shorts with a white Nike logo and black & white sneakers.
