New York, NY (77WABC)-An on duty male subway worker was assaulted inside the 14th Street and 7th Avenue subway station on Wednesday.
Police say around 12:40 pm, the suspect was involved in a dispute with an MTA worker. The suspect is seen on the video below punching the subway worker in his face. The MTA employee then falls to the ground.
The MTA worker suffered a laceration to the inside of his mouth and damaged teeth. He was taken by EMS to Lennox Hill Hospital for treatment.
