A Bronx Man Shot During a Home Invasion Four Men at Large

Bronx, NY (77WABC)-Four men forced their way into the apartment of a Bronx man, at East 171st Street and Morris Avenue, kicking in a  bedroom door and physically assaulting the 34-year-old male resident.

During the altercation, around 1:30 in the afternoon on Monday August 23rd,  one suspect fired a gun hitting the man in his right buttock.

The four suspects then fled the apartment on foot eastbound on East 171st Street. Nothing was reported stolen from the apartment by police.

Police say the shooting victim was taken to  NYC Health & Hospitals/St. Barnabas in stable condition.

 Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspects. Three of the fours suspects are seen in the photo’s and video attached to this article, prior to the home invasion.
